Jio Cinema has dropped the trailer for its upcoming new film ‘One Friday Night’ and it’s a story of thrill, love and deception. Helmed by Manish Gupta, ‘One Friday Night’ will premiere only on Jio Cinema on 28th July, 2023.
‘One Friday Night’ trailer has a dark, gloomy monsoon vibe where Mrs. Lata Verma (Raveena Tandon) gets a call from a police officer to come to a location as soon as possible. The trailer further shows how Lata meets a young girl with whom her husband has an extra marital affair. They are somehow together caught up in a situation where despite their differences must join hands to come out of it.
Raveena plays the role of a Pune based doctor while Milind Soman plays her husband’s role. Vidhi Chaitala is cast as Milind’s extra-marital love interest who’s 25 years younger to him. Set during a stormy night, in an isolated villa atop a hill ‘One Friday Night’ is the story of how a mistress is forced to call her lover’s wife after an unfortunate mishap.
‘One Friday Night’ is directed by Manish Gupta who is known for his works like ‘The Stoneman Murders’, ‘Rahasya’, ‘Section 375’ and ‘420 IPC’. The film is written by Ramesh Rabindranath and Kamal Chopra.
Set to launch only on Jio Cinema ‘One Friday Night’ will start streaming from 28th July, 2023.
