The Me You Can’t See is a new docuseries that is created by Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry. Oprah Winfrey is a name that is synonymous with positivity and affection. She is one of the most well-known humanitarians apart from being the host of an extremely successful show. She has had the honour of not only changing the lives of many people but also getting to interview some of the most respected people in their fields.
Prince Harry who recently split away from the Royal family along with his wife Meghan has also created quite a stir amongst the community. Putting all of that aside both of these personalities or rather celebrities have come together to create a docuseries where they have an honest and heartfelt conversation revolving around mental health.
We are living in a time when things may seem difficult and everybody seems to be fighting an excruciatingly tough battle. This takes a toll not only on our physical but also our mental and emotional health. This is the perfect time to talk and impart some knowledge about emotional and mental well-being as everyone is struggling to find hope in all this bleakness.
