Streaming giant Disney+ Hotstar is all set to foray into the world of Telugu entertainment by announcing their grand, impressive slate of gripping titles. To make this announcement, they have roped in Telugu star Ram Charan in a vibrant launch campaign, with the punchline, ‘Mana Vinoda Vishwam’ (Our Entertainment Universe). With an uber cool look in a fun, lively musical video, Disney+ Hotstar introduces their specially curated entertainment menu for Tollywood lovers. Apart from homegrown Telugu content and blockbuster releases, Disney+ Hotstar also brings the best of Indian and International titles as well as the latest from the cricketing world including VIVO IPL 2021 and ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 in Telugu.
The new lineup includes the first Hotstar Specials in Telugu, ‘Unheard’, directed by Aditya KV – a story based on the common man’s perspective on Hyderabad’s amalgamation during the period of India’s independence. Also part of the anticipated list is the crime comedy ‘Maestro’ starring actors Nithiin, Tamannaah, and Nabha Natesh as well as the multilingual horror-comedy ‘Annabelle Sethupathi’ starring actors Vijay Sethupathi and Taapsee Pannu. The list continues with the release of Telugu Specials such as ‘Gharshana’, ‘9 Hours’ and ‘Jhansi’ in the months to follow. For all reality show fans, Disney+ Hotstar brings the much-awaited fifth season of Bigg Boss Telugu hosted by veteran actor Nagarjuna.
