DCEU and superhero movie enthusiasts have been in awe of James Gunn’s streaming series ‘Peacemaker’ starring WWE star turned Hollywood actor John Cena essaying the titular role, ever since it started streaming in many parts of the world from 13th January (sadly, excluding India).
For the unversed, the ‘Peacemaker’ show is set after the events of James Gunn’s film ‘The Suicide Squad’ and follows the journey of the adorable anti-hero Christopher Smith aka Peacemaker who is enlisted for a mission called Project Butterfly with a black-ops team.
Amongst several characters (and that certainly includes the lovable crimefighter Vigilante) which have become fan favorites is that of one of the show’s antagonists Judomaster, which has been played by a Vietnam-born actor Nhut Le. The actor, in a recent interview (with The Direct), has spilled the beans about a secret Easter egg in the much talked about opening credits sequence of the ‘Peacemaker’ series.
Regarding the dance number, the actor had revealed that besides being apparently visible when held by John Cena’s character in the aforementioned sequence, Judomaster can also be seen peeking out through various parts of the dance track. This is in line with Nhut Le’s character in the series where Judomaster is always stalking John Cena’s Peacemaker. But the secret Easter egg can only be seen in case viewers are actually looking for it (check the video below and try to spot it).
The first three out of the total of eight episodes of the ‘Peacemaker’ series had premiered on HBO Max on 13th January while the remaining episodes will be out on a weekly basis until 17th February. Stay tuned to Binged for the latest updates on Peacemaker’s streaming details in India, whenever and wherever that happens.
