The historic marathi movie Phulwanti started streaming on Prime Video from 8th November. The film is directed by Snehal Pravin Tarde, with Prajakta Mali and Gashmeer Mahajani being the main cast. Since the teaser was posted on social media, the movie has generated a lot of interest there.

The film follows the tale of famed Peshwa Pandit scholar Venkat Shastri and dancer ‘Phulwanti’. The Peshwa were one of prominent Indian fighters in the Maratha Empire.
The plot maintains the audience’s interest. The narrative demonstrates the value of capturing the characters’ personalities and the potency of storytelling. This film would really bring back the Marathi glory back.
