South Korean competition series ‘Physical: 100’, the first unscripted show to become Netflix’s most popular non-English TV program, has now been renewed for the much awaited second season to discover the ultimate physique.
Debuting at the beginning of this year, the Korean survival game series put 100 extremely fit contestants, including Olympians, professional fighters, bodybuilders and former soldiers, through a series of quests to challenge their strength, endurance, agility, balance and willpower.
In this upcoming second season of ‘Phyiscal: 100’ the bars will be raised in all aspects. While the set in the first season was the size of two soccer fields, this time the size of the universe challenging each participant’s strength, agility, endurance and willpower is growing even bigger than before. In Season 2, a fresh batch of hundred contestants will battle it out, irrespective of age, sex, nationality or weight class, to be the last one standing.
‘Physical: 100’ season 2 will be directed by Jang Ho-gi and is written by Kang Suk-kyeong. Lee Jong-il serves as the producer for the show with GALAXY Corporation as the production company backing it. Stay tuned to binged.com for further updates on ‘Physical: 100’ season 2.
