The trailer for Applause Entertainment’s ‘Por Thozhil’ is here and it’s one thrilling serial killer drama. Directed by debutant Vignesh Raja, ‘Por Thozhil’ will release in theatres on 9th June, 2023.
‘Por Thozhil’ trailer begins with discovery of a girl’s dead body which is similar to another dead body found a few days ago. Then there’s a young new officer who is given his first charge and asked to report and train under SP Loganthan, a dedicated, strict, no nonsense cop.
Loganathan is made incharge of the above mentioned case of serial killing and in his investigation he is clear about how the murderer is a psychopath and sadist and likes to look into the eyes of his dying victim. While mentoring the young officer alongside working on the case they unravel terrifying mysteries and secrets.
Touted to be a taut, edge of the seat investigative thriller film, ‘Por Thozhil’ is written by Alfred Prakash and Vignesh Raja. The film stars Ashok Selvan, Sarath Kumar and Nikhila Vimal in lead roles.
‘Por Thozhil’ is produced by Sameer Nair, Deepak Segal, Mukesh Mehta, CV Sarathi, Poonam Mehra and Sandeep Mehra. Applause Entertainment has produced the film in collaboration with E4 Experiments and Epirus Studio. ‘Por Thozhil’ is set to release in theatres on 9th June, 2023.
