Radhe Shyam, Prabhas’s upcoming Telugu language romantic drama has been doing rounds for a while and people are much excited for the movie to come out. Fans have been waiting impatiently for Prabhas’s next with Pooja Hegde which is supposedly a romantic drama, shot simultaneously both in Hindi and Telugu.
A news about the movie has again come up and this time it is regarding the release of the movie. A recent “press release” notice has been doing rounds all over internet stating that the movie will be released on an OTT platform. The deal apparently has not been finalised yet as to which OTT platform will be taking the rights for the movie, but the notice seemingly made it clear that the movie was only releasing on an OTT platform.
But here’s the catch. The press release which even has the production house’s name on it, is actually FAKE. Yes, you heard (and read) it correct, Prabhas’s next won’t be coming out on OTT first. It will be heading for theatres first.
A fake press release was put together in complete butler English, which totally gives away the authenticity of the notice altogether. Also, above all a high budget movie, that too starring Prabhas which has such well sorted plans for the releases, regarding the languages too is definitely not going for OTT first. We have done our bit by reaching out to our sources and they have informed that it is totally fake. Also, they requested not to fall for these kind of fake and misleading press releases.
Production house for the movie, UV Productions has made no claims regarding any sort of OTT release, even when it is has been delayed for a while now. This can only mean that no matter what, it will be most definitely releasing in theatres first.
