Pratik Gandhi’s Intriguing New Film “Raavan Leela” Reveals Release Date!

Pratik Gandhi has become a name that is known to everyone by today. After his stint in the smash hit “Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story”, Pratik Gandhi has stolen everyone’s heart with fabulous acting. Pratik Gandhi for sure is one of the leading, rising stars at the moment. With the success of Scam 1992, the actor has been on a signing spree. The actor has been continuously on the news for quite some time now for being a part of upcoming movies and series. Now, another news has come up and this is a piece of extremely happy news for everyone, including Pratik Gandhi and his fans.

Pratik Gandhi is all set for the release of his first Bollywood feature film, titled “Raavan Leela”. The movie is set for a theatrical release on the 1st of October. The movie besides Pratik Gandhi stars Aindrita Ray, as the female lead of the movie. The movie is directed by Hardik Gajjar and written by Shreyes Anil Lowlekar. The movie is from the production house Pen Studios and is produced by Dhaval Jayantilal Gada, Aksshay Jayantilal Gada, Parth Gajjar, and Hardik Gajjar films in association with Backbencher Pictures
.

As for the movie, it is supposed to be a strong content-driven movie that is set against the backdrop of “Bhavai”. Bhavai for the unknown is a popular form of folk theatre that is spread across Western India, especially in the state of Gujarat and parts of Rajasthan and has a 700-year rich history. As for the movie, we can see in the poster that Pratik Gandhi’s character is seen wearing the get-up of “Raavan”. Also, the movie will have strong influences from the epic Ramayana itself.

What is interesting is the tagline of the movie, which is “Ram Mein Tune Kyu Raavan Ko Dekha”. This is interesting and looks like it might counter-question a lot of things from the Ramayana, even though it will be a love story. The film’s details, for now, have been kept under wraps and many things will unfold when a teaser or trailer of the movie drops, but till then we have to wait and see what more information creeps out about the movie.

As for Pratik Gandhi, this won’t be his first Bollywood movie, he has acted in movies like Mitron and Loveyatri in supporting roles. He is a known name in the Gujarati theatre culture, which will make this movie even more interesting, given that he knows the nuances of Gujarati theatres. He has acted in Gujarati movies like “Bey Yaar” and also in the National Award-winning movie “Wrong Side Raju”. This movie is slated to become a movie that will portray Pratik Gandhi in a completely different mold, which makes “Raavan Leela” even more interesting and intriguing for the viewers and fans.
