Amazon Prime Video has revealed some interesting titles in the slate for the second half of 2023. It includes some really promising new originals, both shows and movies.
Mr And Mrs Smith – A remake of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s superhit film ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’, it will star actors like Donald Glover and Maya Erskine. This Mr And Mrs Smith will be a miniseries and it will premiere in November.
Gen V – The Boys spin-off ‘Gen V’ is definitely one of the most promising and anticipated shoes of the year. It will be released in September.
This Summer I Turned Pretty 2 – The sequel to the hit series will release on July 14.
Reacher Season 2 – Releasing in December. It has Alan Ritchson as the iconic spy Jack Reacher.
Good Omens Season 2 – The second season of the popular show will premiere in July. It has a stellar cast with actors like David Tennant and Michael Sheen.
The Wheel Of Time Season 2 – The new season of the period fantasy drama premieres on September 1st. Actors from the first season like Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Josha Stradowski will return for the second season.
Congaço Nova– First season of new original releases on August 18.
Shelter– First season of thriller series releases on August 18.
The Burial – Legal drama movie, starring Jamie Foxx, Tommy Lee Jones, Jurnee Smollett. Premieres in October.
Red, White And Royal Blue – LGBT romance, adapted from the book of the same name. Will have its release in August.
A Million Miles Away – New movie, releases in September.
Cassandro – New movie, premieres on the 15th of September.
How To Date Billy Walsh – New movie, releases on September 8. It is directed by Alex Pillai. It will be a chilling space thriller.
Awareness- New movie, releases on October 1.
Candy Cane Lane – Christmas movie, starring Eddie Murphy, will release in December.
