Prime Video has announced a new series all of a sudden. The platform recently started streaming the Tamil series called Vadhandhi: The Fable Of Velonie. After producing a lot of crime drama series the platform is now trying a new hand with children’s stories.
The poster has a child in the focus who seems lost in the imagination while he is supposed to be focusing on his studies. This is a completely unknown series and Prime Video didn’t bother to reveal any information about it apart from the release date and poster.
This was not even there in the Prime Video event where they announced over 40+ titles. But we are here to help you with some information that Prime Video very comfortably skipped. The show is based on a book of the same name by Anand Suspi.
It is led by a child artist named Ashwanath Ashok Kumar who would play the character of Anand. You might be wondering if the name of the character is the same as that of the novel writer. The reason behind this is the fact that the novelist has written his childhood incidents in the form of a story in the book.
Half pants are the story of his childhood till class 7th while Full pants tell the story after that. It’ll release on the platform on the 16th of December that is, this Friday.
Stay tuned to Binged in case Prime Video drops any updates in the future.
