Prime Video India is doing a virtuous job by bringing a very promising film directly onto their platform. You may have observed that good Hollywood films rarely get released in Indian theaters. It is usually big-budget Marvel and DC films that find a wide space in Indian theaters.
One such film that could be a victim of the same is Air. The film reunites the highly appreciated togetherness of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. The film tells the story of Michael Jordan and his legendary collaboration with the sports brand Nike. Those who know about this story are aware that it was not just a corporate tale but also a revolution in Basketball history.
As per the trailer, the movie will tell the story of Sonny Vaccaro. He was the marketing genius who pushed Nike Inc. to pursue the world’s most outstanding athlete, Jordan.
The cast includes Jason Bateman, Chris Messina, Matthew Maher, Marlon Wayans, Jay Mohr, Julius Tennon, and Chris Tucker.
The movie releases on April 5th in American cinemas but it will be released on Prime Video in India. However, there is no specific date as of now. Stay tuned for more updates.
