Christmas is at the door and what can be better than fulfilling someone’s wish? Well, Prime Video has emerged as Henry Cavill’s Santa and has promised to fulfill the wish of not only the actor but his millions of fans across the globe.
The last few weeks haven’t been easy for the actor. He left his insanely popular Netflix series “The Witcher” for Man Of Steel 2. It was announced as well but later got scrapped.
Amidst massive fan rage against the DCU, the actor revealed to do a series on Warhammer 40000 because the story intrigued him more than anything else.
Prime Video has confirmed the news that they would be developing a series on the same.
For the unversed, Warhammer 40000 is a tabletop war game that has been in existence since the 1980s. The game is set in the 41st century and has evolved from merely tabletop games to video games, animations, and books.
It can’t possibly be a coincidence that Henry Cavill gave this statement and Amazon purchased the rights to Warhammer 40000 in a matter of a few days. It was perhaps pre-planned, it is just that the announcement is following now.
