Amazon Prime Video has today revealed the launch of its latest investigative thriller series ‘P.I. Meena’. Announced as part of the massive content slate last year, ‘P.I. Meena’ will land on Amazon Prime Video early next month.
The announcement for ‘P.I. Meena’ came with a poster featuring lead star Tanya Maniktala in an alert mode holding a torch in a dark surrounding with a bridge in the background.
As per the official synopsis, ‘P.I. Meena’ follows a young, troubled, female private investigator who gets thrown into a world, where she has to fathom the unfathomable and find her own self.
Directed by Debaloy Bhattacharya and written by Arindam Mitra, ‘P.I. Meena’ stars Tanya Maniktala, Jisshu Sengupta, Vinay Pathak, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Samir Soni, Harsh Chhaya, Zarina Wahab, Vipin Sharma and Sujata Sehgal among others.
Tanya Maniktala who plays the titular role in ‘P.I. Meena’ has earlier been part of films like Vikrant Massey and Vijay Sethupati starrer ‘Mumbaikar’ and web shows like ‘Flames’, ‘A Suitable Boy’, ‘Feels Like Ishq’, ‘Chutzpah’, and ‘Tooth Pari: When Love Bites’.
‘P.I. Meena’ is produced by QED Films and will premiere only on Amazon Prime Video on 3rd November, 2023.
