Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil turns 41 years today. To mark the occasion of his birthday, Mythri Movie Makers, producers of blockbuster movie Pushpa, have dropped a new poster of Fahadh Faasil from the upcoming Part 2 of Pushpa. The new Pushpa 2: The Rule poster features Fahadh Faasil in character from Pushpa. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat is back with a vengeance in Pushpa 2, and how!
Fahadh Faasil plays the district Superintendent of Police Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in Pushpa: The Rise. His look in the new poster for Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is the second part of Pushpa: The Rise, is quite average, to be honest. His look has no menacing persona to send shivers down our spine. Nor does it project any mesmerising aura to compel a second or third look at the poster. It is quite an average poster, by any standard. Mythri Movie Makers surely could have done better in this regard.
Fahadh Faasil’s character, Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, did not have much of a face-off with Allu Arjun’s titular Pushpa in the first part of the movie. But all that is about to change in the second part. Fahadh Faasil will play one of the primary antagonists in Pushpa 2: The Rule, baying for Pushpa’s blood in revenge for his humiliation at the hands of the latter.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is slated to release in 2024. The movie stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. Sai Pallavi has joined the cast for the second part. The film is written and directed by Sukumar, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with music by Devi Sri Prasad.
Like Pushpa 1, Pushpa 2 will also release in theatres in the original Telugu, along with Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi dubbed versions.
