It’s “Raavan” vs “Kishmish”, aka Tollywood stars Jeet vs Dev is all geared up for their upcoming movies that is going to release tomorrow. Since days both of these actors were doing the promotions of their movies, in a full-fledged way. Also their respective fans took to the social media and caused a lot of commotion regarding who is going to shake the box office on the eve of Eid, Jeet or Dev?
So far in the race, Jeet is having a forefront for his massive level of campaigns on a regular basis, with posters of “Raavan” flooding the social media and also dropping the trailer of the movie just two weeks back. This sudden drop of the trailer garnered him a lot of attention, fetching over 3 million views. Also his intense rugged look evoked a lot of interest from the audiences.
“Kishmish” on the other hand was released one month back, amassing 854K views. So it’s definitely behind in the race from this perspective. But in terms of showcase, “Ravana” is quite at the back end. According to the reports of Box Office Bengal, the film is being released in only 26 halls, whereas “Kishmish” will be released in 63 movie theaters, definitely emerging as a frontrunner in this sphere.
Two of these films releasing tomorrow is very important for the Bengal industry, as recently majority of movies released in Bengal wasn’t upto the mark of satisfaction and appreciation, exempting “Golondaaj,” and “Tonic”. Though both of this stars movies are releasing on the same day, if both of them can make a great impact on screen, they will definitely gain a lot of acclaimation. Let us hope that both these stars of Bengal will create a rampage on screen, garnering a lot of appreciation critically and commercially.
