Telugu Actor Rajasekhara’s 2019 Movie ‘Kalki’ was mistaken for the anticipated ‘Kalki: 2898 AD’ and a lot of fans bought tickets for the movie. As per media reports, nearly 20 shows were sold out because of this confusion.
‘Kalki: 2898 AD’, directed by Nag Ashwin and starring a galaxy of stars: Kamal Hassan, Prabhas, Deepika and Amitabh Bachchan, is going to be released on the 27th of June. Fans wanted to book online tickets for the movie and they instead booked the tickets for Rajasekhara’s ‘Kalki’ which was a crime thriller directed by Prashanth Verma. Nearly 20 shows of ‘Kalki’ were sold out and fans were confused.
The online ticket booking app ‘Book My Show’ has confirmed that all the tickets will be transferred to ‘Kalki: 2898 AD’ and no audience member will have to face the problem.
