After Shahid Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee and Varun Dhawan, prolific filmmakers Raj & DK have embarked on a new project. This time, the exciting duo has roped in stellar actor Rajkummar Rao for their new film. Both Raj & DK and Rajkummar Rao took to their social media handles to announce their new collaboration together.
Rajkummar Rao posted on his Instagram –
“Exciting beginnings. I’m so thrilled to start something very exciting with the most talented duo @rajanddk. Can’t wait for you guys to watch it. Stay tuned for more ❤️”

Both parties gave no hint about what the project is about, whether it is a theatrical project or for an OTT platform, whether it is a film or a series. Looks like we’ll simply have to wait for further announcements from Raj & DK and Rajkummar Rao to know more about the new project.
As soon as Rajkummar Rao posted about the collaboration on his Instagram, his followers began speculating on what the project could be. Rajkummar Rao and Raj & DK have earlier worked together on the hit horror comedy film, ‘Stree’. Hence, most fans are of the view that their project together is a sequel to Stree. The movie had an intriguing and open-ended close, the kind that left ample scope for a followup film to Stree.
But of course, no one can say for sure. We’ll just have to wait for official word from the stakeholders to know for certain.
