Ram Charan is eagerly awaiting the release of RRR, a big-budget action drama directed by Rajamouli which also features Jr NTR, Ajay Devgan, and Alia Bhatt. He is also awaiting the release of Acharya, in which he shares the screen with his father, Megastar Chiranjeevi. Now, in his latest interaction with a media portal, Charan has opened up about RRR, Acharya, and his ongoing project RC15, a Shankar directorial.
“Working with Rajamouli can help you learn and evolve as an actor. RRR’s story demands three different shades in me as an actor. I will be sporting three different looks in the film. The variations between these three characters aren’t subtle in any which way. There will be major changes in the same. Working with Rajamouli has been an absolute pleasure,” Charan said.
About Acharya, Ram Charan says the opportunity of working with his father Chiranjeevi has been a completely refreshing experience for him. “He(Chiranjeevi) is a completely different person once he puts on the makeup and steps out of the caravan. The only thing he focuses while on sets is to deliver his very best. It has been a dream come true experience for me to work with him. I should thank Koratala Siva for making it happen with Acharya. Mine is a 40-minute role. It was initially designed to be a guest appearance and as it evolved, we decided to make it a full-length one.”
When asked about RC15, Charan says he is enjoying every moment of working with Shankar. “I am having fanboy moments on the sets of RC15. Working with Shankar sir has always been a dream of mine. Getting to be a part of his script, his vision, and his project is as pleasurable as it can get for me. RC15 is a political drama.”
