Ram Pothineni starrer upcoming pan-Indian film has now got a release date and is headed for a big clash at the box office. The yet to be titled film with a working title of #BoyapatiRAPO is helmed by well known filmmaker Boyapati Sreenu.
#BoyapatiRAPO release date announcement was made today with a flashy new poster of the film where Ram Pothineni is seen pulling a decorated bull and the background looks like that of a fair. The poster definitely has those massy vibes that Boyapati Sreenu is known for.
Making the film a success across India will now depend on how it’s marketed in non Telugu speaking areas specially the northern belt. That becomes more important in the light of the fact that #BoyapatiRAPO is headed for a massive double clash this Dussehra 2023.
One with Vijay’s big budget gangster action drama ‘Leo’ helmed by Lokesh Kangaraj (‘Master’, ‘Vikram’, ‘Kaithi’) and the second is most probably Shah Rukh Khan’s Atlee directorial ’Jawan’. It will be interesting to see how the #BoyapatiRAPO makers plan to stand against such biggies.
