Rana Daggubati‘s No.1 Yaari is going digital this time. After two successful seasons on Gemini TV, the show will be streamed on the Regional Telugu Exclusive OTT platform, Aha Video. It will also be telecast on Gemini TV. The streaming will begin from 14th March and one episode will stream every week on Sunday at 9 PM. It is the same time as on the Gemini TV.
The three musketeers of the Jathi Ratnalu movie – Naveen Polishetty, Priyadarshi, and Rahul Ramakrishna are the guests for the first episode. The film’s producer, Nag Ashwin also made way to the show in the middle. Aha Video released the teaser of the first episode and it promises a fun ride just as the movie.
The season coincides with the summer and summer is the biggest season for Telugu films. So, No.1 Yaari will provide the platform for the filmmakers to publicize their films. Normally, such shows will be telecast on Television and for a change, this show will have digital streaming as well along with Television. This is the first time the OTT and Television are teaming up for cross-promotion of content. It has to be seen such associations will go forward further.
