Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor is celebrating her 27th birthday today. To mark the occasion, prominent film production company Mythri Movie Makers proclaimed the pretty actress as the lead of their new film, RC16, with Telugu star Ram Charan as the male lead.
Mythri Movie Makers also revealed a first look for Janhvi Kapoor in RC 16. Dressed in a golden saree, Kapoor looks pretty and graceful in the first look poster of RC 16.
RC 16 will be Janhvi Kapoor’s second film in the Telugu film industry. The actress will also be seen as the female lead opposite Jr NTR in the actor’s hotly anticipated action drama film ‘Devara’. Interestingly, with RC 16, Janhvi Kapoor will have a film each with both the stars of Telugu mega-hit ‘RRR’.
For those who’ve been living under a rock, Janhvi Kapoor is the daughter of legendary actress Sridevi, who started off her career as a top actress in Tamil films. Janhvi Kapoor has time and again expressed her love for the South film industries. She is keen to work in a Tamil film too, to follow in the footsteps of her mother. Hopefully, she’ll land a Tamil film after both her Telugu films are complete.
RC 16 is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, in association with director Sukumar’s production banner, Sukumar Writings, and Vriddhi Cinemas. The film will be directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who’s earlier directed the well-received ‘Uppena’. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for RC 16.
