The other day, team RRR announced that they are collaborating with PVR Cinemas. For the next few months, PVR outlets across the country will be referred to as PVRRR Cinemas. Now, a section of Telugu Twitterati has started mocking Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam in the context of PVR – RRR collaboration.
A netizen shared a hilarious troll on Radhe Shyam, saying “@UV_Creations planned a unique one of a kind promotional strategy(For Radhe Shyam). Will be collaborating with two ruling political parties.
1. Telangana rashtra samithi ( TRS ) changed to tRS ( Telangana Radhe shyam)
2. YSRCP to yRScp.”
Team RRR collaborated with PVR for PVRRR, and now, Radhe Shyam is collaborating with the ruling parties of the twin Telugu states – TRS, and YSRCP for Telangana Radhe Shyam and yRScp i.e, Y Radhe Shyam CP, the social media user funnily remarked.
Well, both RRR and Radhe Shyam will be releasing in theatres early next year. While RRR hits the marquee on the 7th of January, Radhe Shyam will be hitting the theatres on the 14th of January. Apparently, Rajamouli has chalked out a stellar promotional campaign for RRR. On the other hand, Radhe Shyam unit is settling with strictly minimal promotions. The rather subdued promotional campaign for Radhe Shyam is inviting trolls and the aforementioned social media post clearly implies the same.
Speaking about the box office clash between RRR and Radhe Shyam, Rajamouli said there won’t be a direct clash between these two biggies. He opines that the audience will encourage both films if they come with the right content.
