Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan are aggressively promoting their upcoming pan-India biggie RRR which is up for theatrical release on the 7th of January 2022. The trio is leaving no stone unturned to catapult the buzz surrounding RRR. In team RRR’s latest interaction with a media porta, Jr NTR made a very interesting comment about the personal rivalry that he shares with Ram Charan.
“Yes, it is true that we share a rivalry. In fact, we have been sharing this rivalry for the past 30 to 35 years. We are still rivals. But we are friends too. Our rivalry is very personal.,” Jr NTR said in this interview. Well, Tarak wasn’t specific enough while speaking about this ‘rivalry’. Going by the context, it is hard to determine if he was speaking about the rivalry between the two warring camps Nandamuri and Mega family or if he was speaking about the rivalry between North Indian and South Indian cinema.
Netizens are quick to draw conclusions now as they say Jr NTR is indeed hinting about the personal rivalry that he shares with Ram Charan. Needless to say, the two star actors hail from Nandamuri and Mega families respectively. Anyone who even has a vague idea of Tollywood knows that the rivalry between these two camps go way back. But setting all of that aside, NTR and Ram Charan are now coming together for RRR which is the biggest action drama in Indian cinema.
RRR is gearing up for worldwide theatrical release on the 7th of January 2022. The film is riding high on buzz already and the aggressive promotional campaign that is incorporated by the unit will only help the cause.
