Russo Brothers after directing Avengers Endgame found a home on Netflix as a producer. They bring some path-breaking films like Extraction and are coming up with The Gray Man in just a few days.
Extraction starring Chris Hemsworth emerged as a huge hit and even Indians were intimately interested in it particularly because it was set in the Indian subcontinent.
The Gray Man is the most expensive venture of Netflix to date which is yet to come. It stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana De Armas and even our beloved Dhanush.
Russo Brothers and Netflix have officially announced The Electric State which is a science fiction film starring Millie Bobby Brown.
The film is based on the adaptation of the illustrated novel by Simon Stålenhag.
The official synopsis says, “The film is set in a retro-futuristic past, where an orphaned teenager (Brown) traverses the American West with a sweet but mysterious robot and an eccentric drifter in search of her younger brother.”
Netflix has taken a safe bet as both Millie Bobby Brown and Russo Brothers are extremely familiar to the streamer because of many projects. Millie Bobby Brown’s Stranger Things is the biggest English series on Netflix and the upcoming volume 2 of the fourth season will only elevate that record.
