RX100 is a well known Telugu romantic action drama movie which did a good business at the time of it’s release. And since past few years, the topic of its remake was always the talk of the town. The remake kicked off with debutant Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria and was titled ‘Tadap’. Today the makers announced the release date of the movie along with the first poster. Tadap will arrive theatrically on 24th September 2021.
Tadap has been directed by Milan Luthria who is well known for thrillers like Taxi No. 9211, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. His most recent release was Baadshaho. The movie has been written by Rajat Arora while it has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
The original movie followed the passionate love story between the lead characters of the movie. In Tadap, Ahan Shetty plays the role of Shiv Kapoor, while Tara Sutaria plays the role of Mishka Narayan. Shiv is a village boy who falls for Mishka, a city bred girl. While the romance between the two continue to bloom, Mishka disappears suddenly, but Shiv continues to wait for her. After three years, while still waiting for her, Shiv slowly becomes violent out of rage, that Mishka used her. Will Shiv able to win Mishka is what the movie is about.
Since the RX 100 did well in the box office, the makers of ‘Tadap’ will hope that the movie replicates the similar business. Apart from Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria, Tadap stars – Sikandar Kher, Sharat Saxena, Suniel Shetty, Amit Sadh and others.
