Ryan Murphy, creator of the horror anthology, American Horror Story, shared a teaser on his Instagram for the benefit of fans of the show. And the teaser hints at a particularly interesting ploy – the in-development 10th season of American Horror Story may see the return of the memorable Rubber Man, if Murphy’s teaser is anything to go by. Coz, in the teaser, Murphy posted a picture of the Rubber Man, adding the caption, “Coming soon.”
The Rubber Man is an iconic character from the series, who first appeared in Season 1 of American Horror Story, with multiple appearances in subsequent seasons.
American Horror Story is a multiple-Emmy and Golden Globe-winning horror show, which has consistently raked in high viewing numbers since its most-watched first season. Each season features a different story, which is complete in itself, and ends in the finale episode. Many actors have appeared in multiple seasons of the show though they play different characters, as per the new narrative. Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Kathy Bates, have appeared in more seasons than the other actors, some of which are Denis O’Hare, Jessica Lange, Emma Roberts, Jamie Brewer, Angela Bassett, Adina Porter, and Finn Wittrock.
The new season will feature Macaulay Culkin (the Home Alone kid), along with Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, Finn Wittrock and Peters.
The series is created and produced by Ryan Murphy. Murphy had shared another teaser last month, that had a pair of grotesque hands clawing up the shore. It was accompanied by a caption that said, “Things are beginning to wash up on shore…”
All nine seasons of American Horror Story are available to stream on Disney Plus Hotstar Premium in India.
