Russo Bros don’t need any introduction. They are very clearly one of the most prominent filmmakers in the world but it looks as if they peaked with Avengers Endgame. Because just like Marvel, their downfall began soon after that.
Russo Bros made Extraction with Chris Hemsworth. Although it came out to be highly successful for Netflix, the critics panned the film brutally. Truly so, there was nothing more in the story of Extraction than what we saw in the trailer.
They also made The Gray Man at Netflix which was almost torn apart by the critics for their un-innovative story.
Russo Bros have brought their latest offering in the form of Citadel which is currently streaming at Prime Video. Although only the first two episodes of the series are now out, the hook is extremely boring.
The critics panned the series and it is still the same. Although the first two projects were films, they were also spy thrillers just like Citadel.
So, for the third time in a row, Russo Bros have disappointed us with their spy thriller.
