And that’s what you call a ‘clean sweep’! Salaar: Ceasefire Part 1 makes it in the ‘Top 10 Most Watched for the Day’ on Netflix, but what is truly shocking is this: Salaar, in all its avatars, made it to the top 10!
The OTT release of ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ has earlier been announced by Netflix India and Hombale films. This Prabhas-starrer blockbuster that took storm in theaters is now available on Netflix from January 20. “Salaar: Ceasefire-Part 1” was premiered globally on December 22, 2023 and it features a star-studded cast including Prabhass, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapthi Babu and more.
If you are a fan of Prabhas or planning to become one (caught you!), you can watch the latest blockbuster from this pan-Indian star on Netflix in four different languages as of now: Telugu (original), Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. Currently, Salaar is not available in Hindi and it might take some more weeks for streaming in Hindi. This delay might be due to the fact that Hindi movies can only be streamed on OTTs after 8 weeks of theatrical release.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar: Ceasefire-Part 1 is about two friends, among whom is a gang leader who lives the promise of his dying friend to take on other criminal gangs. We promise no spoilers, so go ahead and watch Salaar on Netflix now.
The following are the positions held by Salaar: Ceasefire Part 1 on Netflix India today:
1: Salaar (Telugu)
2: Salaar (Tamil)
5: Salaar (Kannada)
7: Salaar (Malayalam)
