Prominent music record label and film production company T-Series has just announced a new romantic comedy movie titled ‘Ghudchadi’ which would feature the hit 90s duo Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon. The film’s main cast also includes Khushalii Kumar and Parth Samthaan alongside Aruna Irani in pivotal roles. It was also announced that the filming schedule for ‘Ghudchadi’ has already been kicked off.
The movie is being helmed by Binoy Gandhi in his big-screen feature film directorial debut. The filmmaker has previously directed a romantic film titled ‘Ishq Holiday’ and a TV series named ‘Oye Jassie’. Besides, he has also been associated with renowned filmmaker Kunal Kohli and had assisted him in his films like ‘Fanaa’, Ta Ra Rum Pum’, and ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’.
The iconic lead pair of Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon have previously worked together in multiple movies like ‘Jung’, ‘Vijeta’, ‘Aatish’, and ‘Kshatriya’.
The duo will next be sharing screen space in Prashanth Neel’s highly anticipated sequel ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’. While Sanjay Dutt will be essaying the role of the antagonist Adheera, Raveena Tandon will be portraying the character of PM Ramika Sen in the film starring Yash in the lead role.
Besides ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’, Sanjay Dutt’s forthcoming acting projects include Karan Malhotra’s period action-adventure film ‘Shamshera’ co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Chandra Prakash Dwivedi’s historical drama ‘Prithviraj’ co-starring Akshay Kumar, and the sports film ‘Toolsidas Junior’, amongst others.
Raveena Tandon, who is fresh off the heels after the success of the critically acclaimed Netflix series ‘Aranyak’, will be seen in a couple of more projects namely ‘Alert 24X7’ alongside Sanjay Dutt, and a TV series ‘Legacy’ co-starring Akshay Khanna.
