Netflix has introduced many forighn language contents on their watchlist recently. Even its Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, they have become the home of these forighn movies and series for quite some time. They had also introduced the South African series for the first time on their platform with “Shadow” released back in 2019.
“Savage Beauty” is another series which will stream on netflix soon. They have also dropped the trailer of the series which looks interesting. The show is about an influential family who are the tycoons of the fashion industry. Then a mysterious woman comes along behind them seeking revenge who partakes in their fashion industry and slowly reveals their dark secrets.
The trailer of the show promises a fast paced anxiety inducing drama. It is getting an affirmative response from the audience and they are waiting for the series to hit on Netflix.
The show is created by Lebogang Mogashoa.Nambitha Ben-Mazwi, Rosemary Zimu, Nthati Moshesh and Dumisani Mbebe stars in the show. Even though some dialogues are in English, the show is primarily an African language show.
The series is expected to stream on Netflix from May 12 2022.
