Sex Education Season 3 Trailer: It’s Discipline And Drudgery For Moordale High!

Sex Education Season 3 is slated to drop on Netflix on 17th September, much to the delight of its legions of ardent fans. And its trailer that has just been released piques viewers’ interest to a crescendo. The new season brings back all the well-loved characters from the previous two seasons, and a few new characters too!

Socially awkward teenager, Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) gains in confidence and seems more self-assured this season. Maybe it’s to do with his newly-grown moustache; or maybe it’s because a new romance seems to be brewing between him and Ruby (Mimi Keene). His attraction towards Maeve (Emma Mackey) remains intact though, as can be seen in myriad shots in the trailer.

Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam (Connor Swindells) make their relationship official; Aimee and Maeve’s friendship thickens; and oh, we also get a glimpse of Isaac (George Robinson), the spanner in the love story of Otis and Maeve.

The biggest intrigue in Season 3 comes in the form of a new headmistress for Moordale High. Principal Groff (Alistair Petrie) is out, and the school has the draconian Headmistress Hope (Jemima Kirke) in his place. She has vowed to restore the school to its former glory (read: no sex among the students); so we have walls being cleaned up of graffiti, uniforms for the students, and a stuck-up “no sex please, we’re British” attitude to school life.

Rest assured, there’s lots of drama in store for  Sex Education Season 3. This season promises to have all the humour and fun of the first two season, with additional plots thrown into the mix. We’re already treated to several howlarious lines in the trailer, and can’t wait for the season to drop.

Sex Education is written and created by Laurie Nunn. All episodes of Season 3 will stream on Netflix on September 17.
