Shershaah is probably the most celebrated Hindi film in 2021. When a lot of films are delivering cringe content in the name of patriotism, Shershaah came out to be a great film.
Sidharth Malhotra‘s starring film did not have snappy dialogues or forced emotions but was only a celebration for the brave heroes we have.
Regardless, the film released on 12th August this year was streaming on Amazon Prime Video. There is no doubt about the fact that It helped immensely in attracting an audience to Prime video.
This year, Prime Video single-handedly dominated a majority of gems from Indian cinema. Jai Bhim, Joji, Sardar Udham, Sarpatta Parambarai are just a few on the list.
The craze for Shershaah can be easily confirmed by the fact that it was the second most searched Indian movie on Google. The first place however was acquired by Jai Bhim.
Regardless, Shershaah will debut on TV soon. On 19th December at 7:30 p.m., the film will be telecasted on Colors Cineplex.
Not only that, the digital partner of Colors Cineplex, Voot Select will also make it available for people to stream Shershaah on it.
Whether the film will remain available on Prime Video can’t be confirmed as of now. Because in the past as well, contents have moved from Prime Video to other platforms. The Office currently streaming on Netflix is a classic example.
