Such might be the case with Shiksha Mandal. Led by Gauhar Khan, the series also stars prominent Bollywood actors like Gulshan Devaiah and Pawan Malhotra. All three of them are leading a series that claims to be inspired by true events. Whenever there is any such big claim then it comes with a huge responsibility of showcasing a story that is not only closer to truth but also portrays it sensibly.
We hope that this series lives up to that expectation.
Because even more, Shiksha Mandal revolves around students. It tells the story of a huge scam that takes place in Madhya Pradesh during the medical entrance test. We know the insane craze of NEET in India, but facts about corruption within the same never reach our ears.
It is because the people involved in it belong to the top layer of power. They can be highly powerful ministers or someone from the coaching mafia.
It is doubtful whether this series will leave any impact on corruption but it is a bold step nonetheless.
