Normally, Bollywood is not much known for making serial killer films. But when this movie came out then the chilling performance by Riteish Deshmukh won insane appreciation. This film and its album was a big hit and is still remembered due to the rarity and uniqueness it brought. Shraddha Kapoor too gave a good performance as a happy go girl with pain hidden inside her.
Teen Patti (Zee5)
Unfortunately, not a lot of people talk about the uniqueness this movie had in itself. Amitabh Bachchan plays the character of a mathematical genius called Prof. Venkat Subramaniam. When Perci Trachtenberg played by Ben Kingsley meets him then they get drowned in the greed of gambling. Needless to say, they earn in big numbers but only to find themselves in trouble later on. Although Shraddha Kapoor is not the main highlight of the film, the movie is worth a watch nonetheless.
Haider (Netflix)
Vishal Bhardwaj’s Hamlet adaptation is known for insanely powerful performances and brilliant story-telling. Shahid Kapoor, Kay Kay Menon, Tabu, Irrfan Khan were all in the film still Shraddha Kapoor didn’t go unnoticed. She played her character with extreme finesse and this has to be the greatest film in her filmography.
Chhichhore (Disney+Hotstar)
This film had a large cast and all of them were important, unique and impactful. This film teaches us a lot of life lessons that are needed. Late Shushan Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor gave a brilliant performance and nothing is enough to praise the storytelling of Nitesh Tiwary.
