Siddhu Jonnalagadda is now set for a sequel for one of his famous rom com films, and the trailer is out now. ‘Tillu Square’, the second installment for 2022’s DJ Tillu, is directed by Mallik Ram, who is known for helming films such as Naruda Donoruda and Adbhutham.
Difference spotted already? For the sequel, the director of the original film, Vimal Krishna, has dropped out of the sequel, citing that he is not ready to work on Siddhu’s character in the film further. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, ‘Tillu Square’ faced multiple postponements due to post-production delays. Earlier scheduled for a theatrical release on February 9, the film is now set for release on March 29, coinciding with Good Friday weekend.
Even with a one and a half month gap for release, the trailer is out already! The trailer is filled with quirky comedy and crazy comeback dialogues, guaranteeing the audiences with a good laugh or two. It all starts with a bunch of women finding alliance for Tillu (Siddhu Jonnalagadda) and a straight ‘shaking my head’ reaction from the hero. This is then followed by a flashback of how Tillu’s love life went downhill with Radhika.
The cast also includes Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead, Muralidhar Goud, and Praneeth Reddy Kallem. Ram Miriyala and Sricharan Pakala will be composing the soundtrack under the banner of Aditya Music. One more reason to watch the trailer of ‘Tillu Square’?
