Finally more than seven years later, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty are all set to reunite to take forward the ‘Singham’ franchise with a sequel titled ‘Singham Again’.
As per reports, the much awaited sequel is now confirmed and work on the same will begin soon after Ajay Devgn is done with his current film ‘Bholaa’.
‘Singham Again’ is the third instalment in the franchise post ‘Singham’ (2011) and ‘Singham Returns’ (2014). Both the previous films were a massive box office blockbuster and the same is expected from this upcoming sequel.
‘Singham’ franchise is part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe that includes films, web series, animated series and games. Other films of this universe include ‘Simmba’ and ‘Suryavanshi’ while the web series is an upcoming Amazon Prime Video original ‘Indian Police Force’.
