Netflix has commenced streaming its new rom-com, Single All the Way. It is the first-ever gay romantic comedy project to be distributed by the streaming platform. The leading duo of Michael Urie and Philemon Chambers is playing the characters of Peter and Nick respectively.
The story begins with Peter dropping a visit to his family during the Christmas vacation. He decides to bring Nick with him. The latter is his close buddy. But he pretends as Peter’s boyfriend. However, things get a bit messy when Peter’s mother plans a blind date for his son with her spinning trainer, James.
No other streaming service or studio has ever attempted to make a movie belonging to the gay rom-com holiday genre. Michael Mayer is directing the project. On the other hand, Muse Entertainment serves as the production company for the movie.
Along with Urie and Chambers, Single All the Way stars Luke Macfarlane, Barry Bostwick, Jennifer Coolidge, and Kathy Najimy in the supporting cast. Additionally, Chad Hodge has penned down the screenplay for this one. It is currently streaming on Netflix.
