A brand new exciting poster for Sonic The Hedgehog 2 has been dropped on Twitter by the official handle of the movie.The poster features a faceoff between the main characters. The villain of the first movie Dr Robotnik of Jim Carrey was confirmed to return in the movie and a new villain ‘Knuckles’ also coming alongside him. Also another fan favourite character ‘Tails’ is making debut in the movie. The new poster unveils all these main characters
The movie is directed by Jeff Fowler. He was the director of the first part of the movie. Sonic The Hedgehog is a famous game of Sega where Sonic the Hedgehog is the lead and he has a super power that he can run really fast. The first part of the game’s live action movie was released in 2020 which fans really loved and a sequel was on the table following the success of the first part.
The performance of Jim Carrey in the first movie was phenomenal as he quenched the fans with the essence of the popular villain of the franchise Mr robtnick. And the visual effects were also over the top which also attracted the audience. And the Knuckles and Tails who are making their first appearance in the movie are also popular among the fans.
The movie will be exclusively in cinemas and theatres from April 8 2022.
