Sony LIV has just dropped the trailer and release date for the much-anticipated new season 3 of its flagship show ‘Undekhi’. The Applause Entertainment produced Undekhi Season 3 premieres on Sony LIV on 10th May, 2024.
The new season of Undekhi will see their dismal past returning to haunt the powerful Atwal family. An anonymous blackmailer sends Atwal family patriarch Papaji (Harsh Chhaya) a video of him brutally killing a bar dancer. Rather than be intimidated, Papaji goes all out to vanquish the unknown sender of the explosive video.
Elder son Rinku (Surya Sharma) vows to get the blackmailer, while DCP Ghosh (Dibyendu Bhattacharya) is back, hot on the heels of the Atwals. As per the trailer, Undekhi Season 3 will also likely see the rise of the black sheep of the family, younger son, Daman (Ankur Rathee).
Going by the trailer, Undekhi Season 3 will again be replete with violence, blood, gore and cuss words. Power plays, politics, deceit, betrayal and revenge form the crux of the narrative in the new season of Undekhi.
Harsh Chhaya, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Surya Sharma, Ankur Rathee, Anchal Singh, Ayn Zoya, Varun Badola and Shivangi Singh, among others, comprise the primary cast of Undekhi Season 3. Ashish R Shukla returns as director of the new season, which is again produced by Applause Entertainment, in association with Banijay Asia.
