Sony LIV’s flagship show ‘Maharani’ has just revealed the most important updates about its upcoming Season 3 – the Maharani Season 3 release date on Sony LIV. Sony LIV has also launched a full-fledged trailer for the series. Maharani Season 3 premieres on Sony LIV on 7th March, 2024, just in time to mark International Women’s Day in India.
The Maharani Season 3 trailer gives us significant clues to the direction Rani Bharti’s (Huma Qureshi) chequered story will take in the new season of Maharani. Incarcerated in jail under false charges of murdering her husband Bheema Bharti (Sohum Shah), Rani Bharti works at empowering herself through education.
But circumstances force her to get her claws out and launch a revenge counter-attack on her enemy number one, Navin Kumar (Amit Sial). Pramod Pathak, Kani Kusruti, Vineet Kumar also make appearances in the 2&1/2 minute long trailer. Anuja Sathe, Sushil Pandey and Dibyendu Bhattacharya make up the rest of the cast.
Sony LIV’s Maharani Season 3 is produced by Naren Kumar and Dimple Kharbanda, created by Subhash Kapoor, and directed by Saurabh Bhave. It is written by Subhash Kapoor and Nandan Singh.
