There have been uncountable complaints against SonyLIV on the issue of poor services. If and only if they had ears to listen and the will to execute then the problems could be solved. But when institutions take their customers for granted then they are on the verge of disillusionment which is often unpleasant.
SonyLIV is doing exactly that. Even after multiple issues, they do not seem to fix the UI and UX of their app. You may know that they have the streaming rights of UCL. Earlier as well, their app was lagging while streaming and so is happening even today.
This time the problem is even more annoying. The audio and video of the match is not synced. The audio comes before the video and you might get an idea of how frustrating this problem can be.
We realize that streaming sports can be a bit of a challenge but the number of people who watch UCL in India are nowhere close to that of cricket. So, it is not that big a task to manage the UCL fanbase. Sadly, SonyLIV doesn’t seem to be fixing even that much of a crowd.
Thus, it’s high time SonyLIV actually acts on these complaints before they start losing subscribers solely due to bad service.
Dear @SonyLIV , please fix your stream of the UCL. We're trying to watch audio and video together. Not the latter in delay.#SonyLIV #UCL #DORCHE
