Amy’s lost memory further complicates both her personal and professional lives, as she struggles to continue her medical career, move on, and build a new life. During this time, she also endures several personal life dilemmas, including a divorce.

Bromance mostly received negative reviews upon its release. While some enjoyed the action, humour, and performances (especially Sangeeth Prathap), many found the comedy forced, Mathew’s acting exaggerated, and the film overall average or even irritating.
