Now, Raashi Khanna is also added to the list. The actress was cast opposite Shahid Kapoor in an Original which will be directed by Raj and DK. The news has been in the rumor mills for a while and the actress made it official releasing a pic of her with Shahid Kapoor on her Instagram page.
This is a big opportunity for the actress since Raj and DK are hotshot directors after the super success of their ‘The Family Man’. Buzz is that Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi is also playing a crucial role in this Original. It is not clear which OTT platform they are shooting this Original for.
Raashi Khanna last appeared in Vijay Deverakonda’s World Famous Lover. However, she is one of the busiest actresses in the Tamil Film Industry. The actress currently has four Tamil films in hand – Shaitan Ka Bachcha, Aranmanai 3, Methavi, and Tughlaq Durbar. She also has a Malayalam film, Bramam under production. Let us see if she can make a career in the OTT as well.
