It’s finally time for all anime binge-watchers and manga lovers to rejoice! The second part of Tatsuya Endou’s Spy X Family will soon stream on Netflix India. The second set of 12 episodes is said to stream on the streaming giant from October 1,2022. The initial 12 episodes of the anime series started streaming in Netflix India from April 9th.
The manga on which Spy X Family is based is super successful and so is the show. Within a short span, Spy X Family managed to rise up as a darling worldwide and also amongst anime fanatics of India. The second part would comprise of the remaining 13 episodes of the planned 25 episode series. There would be an episode drop weekly on Netflix India.
The story follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission, not realising that the girl he adopts as a daughter and the woman he agrees to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin, respectively. The show has been a raging success and also an entertainment bonanza with action, drama and humour.. everything front-loaded.
Spy x Family is produced by Wit Studio and CloverWorks. Mobile Suit Gundam UC, Rurouni Kenshin, Getbackers, and Dororo (2019) fame Kazuhiro Furuhashi directs the anime rendition of the super-hit manga from Tatsuya Endou which is still ongoing. The anime stars Takuya Eguchi as Loid Forger, Saori Hayami as Yor Forger, and Atsumi Tanezaki as Anya. Its for now not that long a wait. Let the countdown begin. Stay tuned for more updates.
