What exactly happened with El in Hawkins Laboratory? How did she get her telepathic and psychokinetic abilities? Looks like we are about to find out all these answers in Stranger Things season 4.
Earlier yesterday, Netflix dropped a 83-seconds long teaser which can easily be described as one of the most clueless yet creepy teasers in recent time. The teaser shows the couple kids playing with their own telekinetic abilities in a confined lab where Doctor Martin Brenner approaches one of the lab rooms. Suddenly everything goes eerie when a room with strange noises comes into picture, marked as number ’11’. Now, it’s clear that El is residing in that room. The teaser ends with El opening eyes in panic listening to Brenner’s voice.
Stranger Things is currently one of the most beloved sci-fi horror series in the world and it has gained a huge following since it debuted in 2016 on Netflix. While the first season of the show focused on introduction of El and the disappearance of a Will Byers, in backdrop of the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana in the 1980s, the second and third installment of the show explored more concerning Will, El, who later found out that her name was Jane, the other three friends of Will and the secret of Mysterious Upside Down. But since the first season, nobody could figure out how or what triggered El to come in possession of such powers to stop inter-dimensional evil beings. But looks like now in season 4 of Stranger Things, we might actually find out the answer.
Stranger Things includes a stellar ensemble cast of Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhar, Gaten Matarazzo, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery and Caleb McLaughlin along with Winona Ryder, David Harbour and Matthew Modine as Brenner. The show is the brain-child of the Duffer Brothers.
Stranger Things
has already received numerous accolades and critical acclaim for its characterization, pacing, atmosphere, acting, soundtrack, directing, and most importantly homage to 1980s films. The 3rd season was aired on July 4, 2019 and at the end of Season 3 it was shown that Ele aka Jane lost her powers as a result of fighting a monster, and Jim Hopper, who adopted El, played by David Harbour went missing which led the season 3 to an emotional ending.
Now, since September 2019, when the series was renewed for a fourth season, fans around the world is just waiting for their beloved show to go live and with this mysterious teaser, the makers have just increased the heartbeats of every single fans out there, who will just go crazy anticipating the plot and the twists of the next season of Stranger Things.
