The 95th Oscars have taken place, thankfully without much action this time. You know what we mean…◉‿◉
And two Indian films have won the award this year. Out of three Indian films that were nominated this year, The Elephant Whisperers and RRR have claimed the award. Easily this is a path-breaking year for Indian cinema at the Oscars because it will give Indians the confidence to make greater cinema that forces the world to acknowledge it.
Anyways, there are multiple winners in multiple categories but firstly we are compiling only those titles that are streaming in India. So winning films like The Whale is not included in the list, because it is yet to stream in India. Regardless, let’s begin with the winners.
