Sudheer Babu starrer psychological action thriller drama ‘Hunt’ released in theatres on Republic Day last month and is now set to launch on OTT in less than a month’s time. Helmed by Mahesh Surapaneni, ‘Hunt’ will premiere on both Aha Video and Prime Video much prior than you imagined.
‘Hunt’ follows police officer Arjun (Sudheer Babu) who has lost his memories after an accident but must tackle his inner demons and confront external enemies who are trying to keep him from solving a mystery.
In addition to Sudheer Babu ‘Hunt’ stars Srikanth Meka, Bharath Sreenivasan, Kabir Dugan Singh, Mime Gopi and Apsara Rani among others. The film has music from Ghibran and is produced by Anand Prasad. Bhavya Creations is the production company behind the film.
‘Hunt’ had an underwhelming performance at the box office and that has probably made the makers opt for an early digital premiere for the film. Within two weeks of its theatrical release the film is slated for streaming on Prime Video and Aha Video on 10th February, 2023.
‘Hunt’ has some twists and turns here and there coupled with action and drama but that could not attract the audience into the theatres. It will be interesting to see if and how it all works out for the film on OTT.
