Three months of the year have gone by in a jiffy and it’s April already. The month promises to be chock-full of exciting releases for fans of streaming content. While Netflix has Ripley and Rebel Moon Part 2 releasing in April, Prime Video has the much-awaited series Fallout premiering soon.
Not to be outdone, prestigious streaming platform Apple TV Plus has also lined up a terrific slate for its subscribers in the month of April. Maya Rudolph returns with a new season of her black comedy ‘Loot’ on Apple TV Plus. Colin Farrell’s suspense series ‘Sugar’ seems exciting enough. And Michael Douglas portrays Benjamin Franklin in the hotly anticipated ‘Franklin’.

8-episode investigative drama, starring Colin Farrell as private investigator John Sugar, who investigates the disappearance of Olivia Siegel, granddaughter of legendary Hollywood producer Jonathan Siegel.
Girls State – 12th April
Documentary that is centred on 500 teenage girls from across Missouri, who gather for a week-long immersion in democracy.
Franklin – 12th April
Michael Douglas portrays Benjamin Franklin in this limited series.
The Big Door Prize Season 2 – 24th April
The new season of the comedy series sees the residents of Deerfield getting ready for the mysterious next stage set by the morpho machine.
TBA – Argylle
Matthew Vaughn-directed spy comedy film, starring Henry Cavill, John Cena, Dua Lipa, among others.
