Sundeep Kishan’s Gully Rowdy hit the silver screens later this September and opened to rather poor reviews. The film failed to rake in the moolah at the ticket counters and ended up as a dud. Now, Gully Rowdy is all geared up for its OTT premieres. The film has locked Disney+ Hotstar as its OTT streaming partner and it is set to land on OTT his Diwali season.
The latest news is that Gully Rowdy will be premiering on Disney+ Hotstar on the 4th of November, marking the occasion of Diwali. A related poster was unveiled a short while ago to publicize the arrival of Gully Rowdy on Disney+ Hotstar. “Watch love transform a Gully Rowdy – Streaming from November 4th,” the statement from Disney+ Hotstar read.
Gully Rowdy is a commercial potboiler that banks on comedy. Sundeep plays a young lad who attempts to balance a new love interest with the expectations of his friends, who expect him to carry on his rowdy ways. The film is directed by G Nageswara Reddy and produced by MVV Satyanarayana and Kona Venkat.
Sundeep Kishan, Neha Shetty, and Bobby Simha play the lead roles in the comedy drama. Ram Miryala and Sai Karthik have composed the music for the Sundeep Kishan starrer.
On a related note, another Telugu film, Sridevi Soda Center, which has Sudheer Babu and Anandhi in the lead roles is also gearing up to hit the digital screens on the 4th of November, marking Diwali. This film will be premiering on ZEE5.
